Just plug them in and they do their job.
My usual choice for linking Mikrotik routers with Ubiquiti Edge switches. They even handle the occasional “hot swap” without issue.
The price does go up and down a bit, though

This module worked perfectly for a 100 meter fiber.

Pop them in and forget about them.

My standard go to between Mikrotik Routers and Ubiquiti Edge Switches. Even tolerant of "accidental hot swapping". Pricing tends to fluctuate a bit thou.
