Which variant of 93108 does the SFP-10G-SR transceiver work with?

The SFP-10G-SR transceiver can work with Cisco 93180YC-EX with 10G SFP ports. However, Cisco 93108TC-EX doesn't have 10G SFP + ports. We recommend using the Adapter Converter Module CVR-QSFP-SFP10G on the 40G QSFP + port, and then use Cisco SFP-10G-SR on the Adapter Converter Module.

Work on 93108TC-EX, OM3 fiber cabling?

Hi, 93108TC-EX doesn't have a 10G SFP+ port, we recommend that you choose 40G QSFP+ to 10G SFP+ adapter converter module #CVR-QSFP-SFP10G on the 40G QSFP+ port, then connect to this 10G transceiver and OM3 fiber cable.

Do the transceivers have industry standard certifications like UL, CE and TUV?

This transceiver currently does not have UL and TUV certifications, but it has CE and other industry standard certifications like CB, FCC, FDA and REACH etc, and we will constantly update.

Can this product be used on OM1 fibre and if so, what is the maximum operating distance. If not, can you suggest a compatible 10GE SFP+ for OM1 (SMF LR for example)

Kindly noted that OM1 fiber is usually applied to connect 100/1000BASE-SX transceivers, if you want to use the 10G SR transceivers on OM1 fiber, the maximum transmit distance might be only 33m, moreover, 10G LR transceivers are not compatible for OM1.
